To be eligible to have a portion of your fees covered by Medicare, you must have a “Mental Health Care Plan”, which you can easily obtain by requesting one from your GP. Please bring this form with you to your initial appointment.

Subsidised Therapy is also available to people funded by the NDIS, as per the Table of Costs.

Some limited Bulk Billing is available (subject to assessment of individual client criteria).

Cancellation Policy

$125 – Less than 24 hrs notice for appointment cancellation/reschedule

Full session fee – Fail to Attend or Same Day Cancellation

We appreciate that plans change and sometimes postponing an appointment is unavoidable, and we just require you to notify us at least 24hrs in advance of your appointment. If you have extenuating circumstances which have meant you were unable to do so, please send us an email or call us at your earliest convenience to reschedule. This ensures your appointment can attempt to be filled, and cancellation fees avoided where possible.

We do offer Telehealth sessions as an alternative should you be unwell or unable to attend in person.

Please note that messages notifying of a cancellation outside of hours, after 5pm, are considered to be received on the following business day. For any appointments on Mondays, notification is required before 12pm Saturday.

Same day cancellations and Fail to Attend/No Shows (including forgetting your appointment) are considered to be appointments where no notice has been provided and are therefore charged at the Full Fee rate. Please be aware that Medicare will not approve rebates on any incurred cancellation fees.
